Man Hospitalized After Telling Girlfriend She Has “Natural Beauty”

Binh Thanh - Earlier this morning a man (Mr. TB) was admitted to a local hospital with multiple fractures to his skull and is now on life support, after a compliment to his girlfriend went tragically wrong.

According to sources, Mr. TB told his girlfriend that she has a "natural beauty unlike those smoking hot beautiful women you see on Instagram". The perplexed woman reportedly responded in quintessential Vietnamese style with countless blows to the head with a broom and flip-flop.

Eyewitnesses confirmed that in between blows to the face, Mr. TB stated that it was her imperfections that made her beautiful, such as her imperfect skin and natural looking body. Sadly that explanation only made matters worse and the beating only intensified.

At press time the man flummoxed doctors when waking up from his short lived coma and speaking for the first time in hours: “I was just trying to say I don’t like super skinny women, so she is actually..”
