Van Kiep Road- Mysterious markings which seemingly appeared overnight on a road in Saigon have just rattled the whole city.
Our reporter was first on the scene as he was returning from a jog, when he suddenly noticed these strange yellow markings on the road. Unsure of how to react, he went to his go-to emotion when confused and proceeded to weep for a good 10 minutes.
